Returns management



Upon receipt of your order, if one or more items do not suit you, you have the possibility to return them to us for an exchange or refund.

Please note that you have 7 days to return the items to us from the date of receipt of your package.

To return your goods, simply send us your package to the following address:

The returned products must be in their original condition (not washed, not impregnated with odours and provided with all the original labels). If the returned product(s) do not comply with these conditions, they cannot be returned or exchanged. All you have to do is send it back to us by colissimo. For security reasons, we recommend that you send it as a countersignature.

The return costs remain at your expense. In case of exchange, if the product is available, it will be shipped to you by us.

Credit notes or refunds do not include shipping costs.

Refunds are made within 15 days of receipt of the return. The amount is automatically credited back to the "Paypal" customer account or bank account. For refunds of an order paid by bank check, a check will be sent to you by post approximately 15 days after receipt of your return.

If, upon receipt of your order, you have received one or more products that do not correspond to your order (preparation error), simply contact our customer service via our email contact module or by phone on 09.87.16.00.77, to report the preparation error. Proof may be requested to justify the preparation error (photos of the product or copy of the delivery note for example).

If the size ordered does not suit you, you have the possibility to return the package at your own expense with a copy of your invoice indicating the size you wish to exchange. Depending on the stock, we will return the items at our expense.
